The Williamstown Historical Museum serves as a research center dedicated to the history of the most northwestern township of Massachusetts.
Founded in 1941 as the House of Local History, the museum preserves and promotes knowledge of the town’s past. The collection includes photos, objects and documents from the 1700s to the present day. The collections also include published works related to the town’s history.
