Tanglewood is a music venue located in Lenox, MA. Since it’s opening in 1937, it has been the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Tanlgewood features two structures; an open-air structure called Koussevitzky Music Shed which holds 5700 and the Seiji Ozawa Hall which holds 1200. Tanglewood features musical concerts, mostly in the jazz and classical genres. It also serves as a school to many music students.
