At Bigfoot Farm, Brian Cole produces an amazing quantity of delicious vegetables on only one acre of leased farmland.

Cole grows veggies without herbicides or pesticides. He strives to make the farm’s growing practices as sustainable and regenerative as possible. Most labor is done by hand without the use of a tractor, and with lots of compost, cover crops, and certified organic soil amendments.
